EQUIPMENT: All leased equipment remains the property of DISH at all times and must be returned to DISH within thirty days of account deactivation or you will be charged an unreturned equipment fee ranging from $25 to $350 per receiver. Lease Upgrade fees are not deposits and are non-refundable. Maximum of 6 leased receivers (supporting up to 6 total TVs) per account. You will be charged a monthly equipment rental fee for each receiver based on model of receiver.

HOPPER, JOEY, AND WALLY HD RECEIVERS: Monthly fees: First Hopper $7; additional Hoppers 1, 2 and 3 $15; Hopper Duo $10; Joey $7; 4K Joey $7; Wally $7. Only one Hopper 3 is allowed per account. Hopper and Joey receivers cannot be combined with any other receiver models or types. Leased Wallys cannot be on accounts with Hoppers. Hopper 3 cannot be on the same account with a Hopper with Sling. Hopper receivers for Lobby-Office-Retail and Restaurant & Bar customers will have certain disabled features including but not limited to: Sling, recording, Primetime Anytime and AutoHop. DISH reserves the right to add or remove features at any time.
